I contacted Roof Works April 2021. They came out and gave me an estimate right away which I was surprised as I had just called that day. The person that showed up was very professional and courteous. I received the quote in a few days and I decided to go with them as I heard that they had a good reputation in the community. The crew that came were very professional and I was surprised at how tidy and organized they are. They finish the roof in two days and I couldn’t be happier. Roofworks installed my roof back in 2016. Eight years later, in July, 2024, I noticed a few shingles had peeled off on the nearly vertical slope of my barn-style roof. I emailed Roofworks on a Sunday, and got a call from Jason first thing Monday morning. Within a few hours a crew arrived at my house, did the repair and showed me that the shingle had "delaminated" -- ie. one layer of the shingle had separated from the layer beneath - likely because of high winds recently. I was very impressed with how quickly Roofworks took care of the problem, which was covered under Roofworks' 10-year labour warranty and/or the shingle manufacturer's 15-year warranty. Kids, this is why you hang on to your warranty documents when you get a new roof installed! ~ Jhonny X
These guys are awesome. We've lived across the street from them for nearly 30 years and you'd hardly know there was a roofing company working out of the building that hosts their yard. They are quieter than the vintage clothing shop operating in the same building. Fast forward to this summer, we had them install a new roof since ours was developing leaks. They did a fantastic job and the guys were very respectful and professional. The job was done in a day and they cleaned up very nicely. We love our RoofWorks roof. We use it every day and it looks great and keeps the weather out. Thanks RoofWorks! ~ Darien S
